Yes. I am well aware that I'm talking about a very touchy subject here. But this is my opinion. It's up to you to if you want to keep on reading.
The RH bill. It has aroused tensions all over the country, the government's, the church's, the citizens who are for it, and also the citizens who are against it.
This is my take.
So one of the huge debates about the RH bill is this: Abortion.
Now, let me get something straight here first: The RH bill DOES NOT legalize abortion. As far as I heard, or rather, as far as the news tells me, in my own opinion, the RH Bill can kill many babies and harm many people so that the Abortion is a sin, that's why I'm not agree to legalize the ABORTION.
Imagine the baby growing up, surviving the box where you left him/her, right outside the church. The baby grew up, and the first people that he/she loved are the first people that he/she saw. Those first people that took care of his/her, that fed his/her, that gave his/her clothes to wear and water to drink. Eventually, inevitably, the once-baby learns the truth. Now a man, or a woman, the baby undoubtedly gets angry with the people he/she first loved. The people who took care of him/her. He/she gets out of the house, and finds a way to know who his/her true parents are, even if he/she doesn't know where to begin. He/she is troubled. And, come on, we all know that there's a bigger chance that he/she won't know his/her true parents are. He/she loses all hope, and one possible ending is that he/she commits suicide. Another one is that he/she continues with his/her life, and dies.
I am AGAINST abortion. As the saying goes, ''Prevention is better than cure,'' or, in this case, abandonment. I think it all depends on the parents, more importantly the father. He should be the one planning the family, according to finance, and how much attention he could give them without giving up his own job.
This is my take on the RH bill.
